They're great on two counts:
1. They keep th dog's teeth clean.
2. They are very low fat. Ideal for a dog which has had pancreatitis or a weight problem. In pancreatitis, you cannot deal with fat in the diet. (Applies to humans and dogs!)

My dog isn't so keen on cows ears but I guess he'll have to get used to them - he has 50 to get through :o)
